FantaCrypto is a free strategy game based on cryptocurrencies. Create your team of 8 coins, make tactical changes during the week, and climb the leaderboard!
FantaCrypto is not a betting app: you don’t win or lose money and there are no real crypto transactions. It is a simulation for entertainment and educational purposes.
The first time you open the app:
• choose the language and tap Continue
• then choose how to sign in:
– Google / Apple (recommended) to save your progress
– Guest (quick): you can switch to Google/Apple later
1) You create a team with 8 coins: 5 starters + 3 on the bench.
2) Each coin has a weekly percentage (pct) that goes up or down based on its price.
3) Your weekly score is based on the points from the 5 starters (pct truncated to an integer) and is then adjusted by bonuses (bonus/malus, daily bonuses, price predictions) and penalties (changes and price predictions).

• What is a cryptocurrency?
• 8 coins total: 5 starters and 3 on the bench
• you can move coins between starters and bench at any time
• you can replace or remove a coin from your team
Each coin has a weekly percentage (pct) that represents its price change during the active week.
The pct is truncated to an integer:
Example: +3.4% gives +3 points, while -4.6% gives -4 points.
Your final weekly score is the points from the 5 starters plus bonuses and winning predictions, minus penalties from changes and predictions.

• or press and hold for 1 second on a starter coin logo and drag it onto a bench coin
• A starter ↔ bench change usually has a lower penalty than replacing a starter with a new coin.
• Bench ↔ new coin changes have no penalty.
Example: if you have a starter at -6% and a coin at +10%, it’s better to:
1) put the +10% coin on the bench by replacing a bench coin (no penalty)
2) then do bench → starter (lower penalty)
If your team is complete (5 starter coins set), you receive a daily bonus each day you open the app for the first time.
• Your weekly score is multiplied based on how many daily bonuses you collected.
• The more days you open the app, the higher your multiplier and your final weekly score.
• Example: with 7 logins you get a ×1.6 multiplier compared to the base score.
You can make price predictions to earn extra points. Predictions can award points (if you win) or apply penalties (if you lose).
The top 3 players at the end of each completed week receive a trophy:

• The overall leaderboard sums the scores of all completed weeks.
The minimum terms you need to understand the game, without technical jargon.
Crypto (cryptocurrency): a digital currency. In FantaCrypto you don’t buy it: the game only uses its price to calculate percentages.
Price: the current value of the crypto (updated every 5 minutes).
Weekly pct: the price change during the current week (it can be positive or negative).
Starters / Bench: starters score points, the bench is used for quick changes.
Change: you move coins between starters and bench, or replace a coin with another one.
Penalty: points deducted when you make certain changes or lose a price prediction.
Bonus: extra points (bonus/malus, daily bonus, price predictions).
Bonus:
+1 point → pct between +5% and +10%
+2 points → pct between +10% and +15%
+3 points → pct above +15%
Malus:
-1 point → pct between -5% and -10%
-2 points → pct between -10% and -15%
-3 points → pct below -15%
• Penalties affect the score of the current week.
• When you add a new coin, the penalty depends on the day:
Monday → minimum, Sunday → maximum (up to 100% of the coin value).
Example: if you add a coin on Sunday at +34%, the penalty will be about 37 points (34 + 3 bonus).
• Changes beyond the free limit apply a penalty equal to the difference between the removed coin and the added coin.
Example: you replace a coin at +7.14% with one at +32.93% → penalty 28 points (25 + 3 bonus).
• If you remove a coin beyond the free limit, a penalty is applied based on the maximum pct among all coins in the league.
Example: if there is a coin at +30%, the penalty will be 33 points (30 + 3 bonus).
FantaCrypto is a simulation app: it does not involve real money or investments. Coin data is retrieved from public sources such as CoinGecko and may vary over time.
