Your own business system, without starting from scratch

I build cloud business management software for companies that have a process to automate and want neither a year-long project nor yet another subscription. I start from a base that already works — multi-company, secure, ready for AI — and build on top of it what you actually need. The source code and the infrastructure stay yours.

What I've built ↓

Why software projects stall

Two roads, neither of them satisfying

Custom software

Six months at the very least, tens of thousands of euros before anything works, and a quote that grows with every change of requirement. Many projects die before they reach production.

The SaaS subscription

It starts straight away, but it does what it does. Your processes adapt to the software, not the other way round. The data sits on their servers, they set the price, and leaving after three years is close to impossible.

The third road

A base that is already built and already working, on which to add only what is specific to your company. The foundations exist: authentication, users and permissions, multi-company, integration with AI providers, cloud infrastructure. You start from the part that concerns you.

The base

The foundations are there. Let's build the floor you need.

Cloud and secure

Infrastructure on Supabase and Render. Access from any device, data isolated per company, updates without downtime.

Multi-company and multi-language

Each company has its own separate data space, with configurable roles and permissions. Interface in Italian and English, extendable to other languages.

AI where it helps

Integration with the providers you prefer — OpenAI, Anthropic and others. AI is used only where it brings a measurable advantage, and the API keys are in your name: you always know what you are spending.

Web and mobile

Web application and mobile app for iOS and Android, with the same functionality on both channels.

What I've built

Four automated processes, on the same base

Each of these was developed on the platform. Your process could be one of them, a variant of one, or something else entirely.

📄

AI Document Checker

The problem

Manually reconciling purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices is slow and full of pricing and quantity errors.

The solution

The system automatically compares documents and flags discrepancies in real time — with or without AI support.

AI Ticket Support

The problem

Internal and external requests get lost among emails and messages. Categorising and tracking them takes valuable time.

The solution

The system automatically reads the email inbox, generates AI-categorised tickets and suggests a reply to the customer.

🎯

AI Campaign

The problem

Finding new customers means bought lists, email addresses that no longer exist, and company records with no industry you can actually filter on.

The solution

Search for companies on Google Maps by area and category, let the AI read their websites to recover email addresses and industry, then organise the contacts into campaigns and follow every deal from first contact to outcome.

Quotes and Orders

The problem

Quotes are written in Word or Excel, each with its own number and layout. A few months later nobody knows which ones were accepted, which became orders, or where the delivery stands.

The solution

Quotes numbered by the system, printed to PDF with your company letterhead and frozen once they go out. Accepted ones become an order in one click, and that order then follows its own status through to fulfilment.

Fewer errors. Less manual work. Less time wasted.

Every module comes from a concrete problem, with automated processes and AI integrated where it brings a real advantage. The base is already built and already working: on top of it I add what your company needs.

The right question to ask

What if you wanted to switch supplier one day?

A fair thing to wonder, especially with a small supplier. That is why the relationship is built so that you are never held hostage — and it is written into the contract, not left to good intentions.

The source code is yours

You receive the complete source code, with a perpetual and irrevocable licence to use it. You can modify it, or have anyone else modify it, at any time. The customisations developed for your company are entirely your property.

The infrastructure is in your name

GitHub, Supabase, Render, AI providers: every account is in your company's name, billed to you. I have access as a collaborator. Ending the relationship means revoking an access, not moving house.

You control the AI costs

The provider keys are yours. You see every day what you are spending, and nobody can change your price.

The way out is already written

The contract sets out a closing procedure: documentation handed over, credentials transferred, access revoked, handover to whoever comes next. Agreed before starting, not improvised at the end.

The path

Three steps, and you can stop at any of them

1

Introductory call

30 minutes · no commitment

You tell me about the process that wastes your time. I tell you frankly whether it can be automated, what it might cost as an order of magnitude, and whether I think it is worth doing. If the answer is no, I say so.

2

Assessment

2–3 weeks

Analysis of the process on site, solution architecture, timings, defined costs and estimated return. You receive a working document and a demo running on your real data. Cost quoted after the first call. The document is yours: if you decide not to go ahead, you keep it and can use it with anyone.

3

Development

Delivery every two weeks

Built on infrastructure registered to your company, with a delivery every two weeks so you watch the work grow instead of waiting for the end. Source code handed over, training included.

Budget

The work can be split into phases, each with its budget agreed in advance

There is no need to commit to the whole project at once. The work can be broken into phases, each with its own scope and a cost agreed before it starts, so that at the end of every phase you decide whether to carry on.

It is the same logic as the three steps above: nothing begins before what it costs is clear.

You talk directly to the person who writes the code

Dino Solano
Developing software since 1997

My name is Dino Solano and I've been developing software since 1997.

In almost thirty years I have seen the same pattern repeat itself in company projects: half the work is identical every time — authentication, permissions, user management, infrastructure — and the client pays for it again from scratch without getting anything specific to them. TdA Platform exists to take that half out of the quote.

I take on few projects at a time, the ones where I can make a real difference. There are no account managers or layers in between: the person who answers you is the person who designs and builds. That means precise answers and nothing lost in translation.

If you want something concrete: four apps of my own published on the App Store and Google Play, built in Flutter and maintained over time.

Tell me about the process that wastes most of your time

Thirty minutes, no commitment. You come away with an honest technical opinion on what can be automated, what it would cost as an order of magnitude, and whether it is worth doing.
