Example · Teams at customer sites

From site visit to margin, one job at a time

A company of 25 people, with teams that work at customer sites. We follow one job from the first phone call to the final payment, and see how much it makes while it is still under way.

Today

You find out a job's margin at the end of the year

While the jobs are few, the owner keeps track of them from memory. With four teams and twenty open jobs nobody can, and the numbers come from the accountant when it is too late to change anything.

Copied quotes

You start from the previous customer's file and change the prices from memory.

Hours in chat messages

The team writes them down wherever they can. At the end of the month someone tries to put them together.

Materials lost in the books

The supplier invoice goes to the accountant and nobody brings it back to the job it was for.

The right price?

If a job made little money nobody knows, and the next quote uses the same hours.

Good to know

What the system does and what it doesn't

The customer invoice is issued by your accounting software or your accountant. Here it is recorded, so you know what is left to invoice and to collect.

The AI writes the quote lines. It takes prices from the request or from the price list, and if a price is missing the line is left to complete.

The quote with AI and the project are prepared in the browser. Calendar, confirmations and hours also work in the app.

If the customer has an account on your platform, they accept the quote online and the answer lands on the document straight away.
